It all began with a vision, and some savings in a checking account. I started Swan academy to hone in on preparing the next generation of leaders in the financial services industry. I was also a Liberal Arts student, and felt lost at times in the sea of career opportunities at the fair. I often thought more mentors were necessary to guide such students. We accept venmo preferably, although we do take credit cards and other forms of payment via Toast app.

Prior to issuance of final deliverable (resume), a full refund is permissible. Upon completion of services, refunds are not given unfortunately.

If unsatisfied for any reason, full refunds are provided for requests processed within 30 days or less of the initial transaction.

For resume reviews, refunds are issued prior to issuance of final draft.

No exceptions to the above, they are included in the terms & conditions of our services agreement.
